"I signed up for auto insurance with Tony Pearson State Farm for my car insurance. I received prompt same day service at a reasonable quote. I run a commercial cleaning business and decided to see if they had better deals on business insurance. Amanda Wilson took a few days to search for the best deals for my budget and I was shocked to find out she saved me a thousand dollars a year compared to the other insurance company I had. She had my company bonded and insured that same day. Their services are prompt and reasonable. I'd recommend this company to my friends and family. Thanks Amanda for all your hard work. Trish G"

"I sign up with Tony Pearson office with Tasha for auto and home owner policies in the first week of Oct. I paid my premium for my cars and was charged an additional $53.46. I call and email Tasha to find out why the additional charge. She could not tell me why i was charged. I called State Farm customer service and they could not find the charge. This is the middle of December and I have not been reimbursed for this additional charge. I signed up for the home owner policy and but Tasha did not submit the application to underwriting. She emailed the proof of insurance but the company could not find the completed application. My wife changed State Farm office. The new office had to submit a new application for home owners policy. My wind mitigation expired in October and now I have to spend $200 to get a new mitigation report. Tony Pearson employees are not customer service friendly and not very knowledgeable about their service."
