"I had insurance through them for about two years. Really displeased with how their office communicates. I had to opt out of some particular Florida insurance through them, and the only way I could do this was through physical mail, according to them. I did this twice and they claimed they never received it and continued to charge me for the extra insurance, despite me clearly telling them over the phone that I had opted out. I had two major increases in premium in those two years, going from around $60-70 a month to about $130 by the time I finally canceled with them. They sent no mail, no email, no text notification that my premium was increasing either time this happened. By the way, I had no accidents or claims on record to warrant this increase. The only way I discovered that my premium had increased was checking the app (fortunately) several days before it was set for auto-pay. When I finally got in touch with this office to ask why the premium was increasing (because this could not be done by calling state farm's main number), they just gave a vague answer about it being a state wide increase in premiums, and that was just the way it was. I was able to go online and switch my insurance to Progressive within about 20 minutes and it saved me $500 for the year. Overall their communication is just very poor and they will never reach out to you to notify you of very important changes."

"I sign up with Tony Pearson office with Tasha for auto and home owner policies in the first week of Oct. I paid my premium for my cars and was charged an additional $53.46. I call and email Tasha to find out why the additional charge. She could not tell me why i was charged. I called State Farm customer service and they could not find the charge. This is the middle of December and I have not been reimbursed for this additional charge. I signed up for the home owner policy and but Tasha did not submit the application to underwriting. She emailed the proof of insurance but the company could not find the completed application. My wife changed State Farm office. The new office had to submit a new application for home owners policy. My wind mitigation expired in October and now I have to spend $200 to get a new mitigation report. Tony Pearson employees are not customer service friendly and not very knowledgeable about their service."
